Et Lokalise-alternativ, ærligt sammenlignet
Lokalise sells workflow to localization teams. We sell the absence of workflow.
Is BeMyWords a good Lokalise alternative?
Only if you do not want the workflow. Lokalise sells assignments, approval chains and per-seat roles to localization teams; BeMyWords has one owner, members and projects, with AI drafting inside your rulebook as the default path rather than an add-on. The same core loop is there — push keys, fetch files as JSON, YAML, PO or .strings — at a flat per-workspace price with no seat arithmetic. Among Lokalise alternatives and competitors it is the one that removes process rather than organising it.
| Lokalise | BeMyWords | |
|---|---|---|
| Core loop | Keys in, translations out | Same core — push keys, fetch files (JSON, YAML, PO, .strings; Android XML and Flutter ARB via the converter in our guides) |
| Process | Assignments, approval chains, roles | One owner, members, projects. The four-stage approval workflow isn't here, deliberately |
| AI | AI suggestions as add-on | AI drafting is the default path, inside your rulebook |
| Context | Screenshot uploads kept in their workspace | Screenshot uploads reach us too, but are never kept: the image is read by the vision model, then deleted — only the extracted strings are saved |
| Pricing shape | Tiers by hosted words, AI-translated words and seats | Per workspace, flat, by words stored — seats are never counted |

Hvad koster BeMyWords?
Gratis at starte: 5.000 ord gemt, 1 websted, intet kort.
